The Codalam MDF Board & Frame Cutter — also known as the Frame V Cutter Machine — is a manual, floor-model double mitre saw designed for precise V-groove cutting and 45-degree mitre cutting of PVC moulding frames, photo frame profiles, and MDF board materials. Built for photo frame manufacturers, photo studios, frame shops, and woodworking workshops, this machine delivers accurate 45-degree corner joints on PVC moulding profiles at a production capacity of up to 800 frames per day. In photo frame manufacturing, precise mitre and V-groove cutting of PVC moulding profiles is the foundational production step that determines the quality of every finished frame. Inaccurate cuts result in visible corner gaps, weak joints, and rejected products, while consistent, accurate mitre cuts enable clean, tight corner assembly with strong bonding and a professional finish. Featuring a double mitre saw configuration, stainless steel V-blades, a manual clamping system, a floor-model structure for stable operation, and a maximum cutting width of 1200mm, this machine handles a wide range of PVC moulding profile widths used in standard and large-format photo frame production.
