15 INCH COLD GLUEING MACHINE

Product Description

The Codalam 15-Inch Cold Gluing Machine is a compact cold adhesive applicator designed for applying even, consistent water-based PVA cold glue to the edges and surfaces of photo album pages, book blocks, small card panels, footwear components, leather goods, and lightweight packaging materials. Built for photo studios, bookbinders, album manufacturers, footwear workshops, small packaging and craft businesses, and stationery producers, this machine provides precise, uniform cold glue application without heat — ensuring strong, durable bonds on photo prints, paper boards, laminated pages, leather, and similar heat-sensitive materials. In photo album assembly and bookbinding, applying a thin, even film of cold PVA adhesive along page edges and spine boards is a critical step that determines the structural quality and longevity of the finished product. Uneven glue application results in weak spots, adhesive bleed-through, and poor bonding on heat-sensitive photo print materials. The Codalam 15-Inch Cold Gluing Machine addresses this with a roller or brush applicator that delivers a controlled, uniform glue film along the material edge or surface with adjustable roller pressure for different glue thicknesses. In footwear and leather goods production, the same controlled, even cold adhesive application is needed when bonding leather panels, insole boards, and trim pieces where heat-sensitive materials or precise adhesive placement make a hot melt system impractical. The compact bench-top footprint makes the machine practical for any workshop or studio without committing large floor space to the gluing step. Whether you operate a photo studio assembling custom photo albums, a bookbinding workshop, a small packaging or stationery operation, a footwear or leather goods workshop, or a craft centre requiring precise cold glue application on small-format materials, the Codalam 15-Inch Cold Gluing Machine provides reliable, easy-to-use cold adhesive application for daily professional use.
